What is your turnaround time?
We aim to process and ship orders within 7-10 business days. Peak seasons (holidays, promotional periods) may cause slightly longer times.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Due to the personalized/custom nature of our products, all sales are final. If something is wrong with your order—damaged, incorrect, etc.—please contact us within 14 days and we’ll make it right.

Will I get a proof before my item ships?
We don’t send laser-cut or engraved physical proofs. We can provide a digital design proof upon request so you can approve the layout before production begins.

Custom & Design

Can you create a custom design or personalize something special?
Absolutely! We’d love to work with you on custom designs. Please bear in mind that more complex or detailed designs may incur an additional design fee.

Can you engrave a logo I provide?
Yes, we can. For best results, send your logo in black & white, preferably in PNG or SVG format.

Shipping 

Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship within the United States only. Customers outside of the U.S. may be responsible for any duties or taxes for imports.

Materials & Product Care

Why does engraving sometimes look lighter or darker than what I see online?
Our items are made from natural materials (wood, etc.), so variations in grain, color, and texture are expected. Each piece is unique, which can affect engraving contrast.

Do you apply any finishes to wood products (e.g. cutting boards)?
We usually do not apply finishes unless specifically stated. If you have questions about care, just ask!

How should I care for engraved wood items?

    • Hand wash only—use mild soap and lukewarm water.

    • Do not soak in water.

    • Dry with a towel right away; don’t leave them wet.

    • Avoid exposing to extreme heat or direct sunlight for long periods.
