  • Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery by the carrier.

  • Due to the personalized/custom nature of our products, returns and exchanges are generally not accepted.

  • If your item arrives damaged or incorrect due to our error, please contact us within 7 days for a replacement or resolution.

  • Customers are responsible for providing correct personalization details. Errors from incorrect information provided by the customer are not eligible for refunds or replacements.
